Our Romantic Garden

                  Welcome to our garden!

Today I am happy to be joining Brenda
at Cozy Little House for a Summer Cottage
 Garden Party.

I decided to share some romantic places to
sit and relax in our summer garden today.

So come along and enjoy a little respite from
your busy day.
Sit in the shade of the umbrella and
enjoy the beauty of the summer garden.
I love having benches to sit on
                                                                throughout the garden.
                                                             A summer garden tea.
The early august garden has the
most color here in our Zone 5b garden.
A small enclosed garden at the
                                                           south of our Gardener's Cottage.
                                                                 Love old wicker chairs.
Martha's Garden is enclosed also and I
love when the 4 Deutizias are in bloom.
A vintage chaise can be easily moved around the
garden so you can pick your favorite spot.
The terrace is covered in Virginia Creeper to
give us a shady spot for lunch.

Another shot of Martha's Garden in spring.
A hidden spot and pretty when the fireweed blooms.
Tour the garden before you find the bench.

The Snow Pavement rose makes a pretty
                                                                      background and fragrant as well!
A romantic tea in the garden.

                                                                How about breakfast here?

An old iron crib makes a romantic
                 garden seat by the roses.
And if I ever want to sleep outdoors
I have the perfect romantic spot to end
                                                             the day!
If you would like to see more of our
                                                             garden you can click here.

Thank you for visiting me and have fun
enjoying all the other garden participants
                                                            at Cozy Little House.

                                                                        Have a wonderful day!

Carolyn, your gardens are such a delight. You have so many cozy places to sit and enjoy the spectacular views. I especially love your photos catching the light for the romantic tea setting and the terrace with the Virginia creeper. I can certainly appreciate all the work that must never end in your gardens. Thank you for the tour today.

Your gardens are spectacular.

I am wondering what area of the country you are in because of all the lush greenery. In drought ridden California, I am limited in my watering and can only dream of the day when my garden is filled with such beauty.

You have created true bliss.

It's funny you show all these chaises, beds and benches...no WAY you use them with garden upkeep demanding so much of you! I bet you never ever rest, Carolyn. Not until the leaves are all fallen! Hugs!

I think I want to move in with you to lie on that chaise, ok with you?

Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs.
