The Comforts of Home



                                                                     Sunday Blessings
                                                    On this bright sunny but cold Sunday I
                                                    am enjoying the comforts of home.


                                                         Snuggling in by the fire in a comfy
                                                          chair with a handmade throw.

                                                               And a cup of hot tea in a
                                                               black transferware teacup.
                                                   Yes,I do have a collection of black and white
                                                   transferware too.

    I always enjoy your images, Carolyn. Thank you so much for posting quite often. You are an inspiration.

    Question: Is Aiken House a B&B or is this all your personal living space? I've enjoyed all the photos of your home, the garden tours, the tea parties, and the boat/guest house.

    I, too, live where it gets cold. Wish I had a fireplace like yours. They are can be so comforting during these wintery days and nights.
