Hello everyone,
This past week I was out for a drive and
pasted by this charming porch that I have
often admired. The owner was out in
the garden and gave me permission to come
and photograph both her front (above) and
back porch. Thank you!
I love wicker furniture and this
has been collected over time at
auctions etc.
The back porch is new and I love
the summery colors.
Love the pop of red on the
door too.
The lovely owner of the summer porches
above,also has a blog~ Menopausal New Mom
if you would like to pop in for a visit.
This colorful porch is from The Orient Hotel
in Victoria by the Sea!
Love this charming summer porch too.
Elegant Charlottetown porch.
What a beautiful flower filled porch
on a shop in Victoria by the Sea also.
And back home to our own summer porch.
A peek inside.
Hope you are enjoying some time
on a summer porch!

I love the beautiful porches and so much color. We have two, one in the front and one in the back. Sad to say we have not spent much time on them since we have spent most of the summer remodeling our kitchen.
ReplyDeleteCarolyn, these porch pics are dreamy...and my very favorite is YOURS. I want to grab a book and hang out on that porch bed all day and listen to the birds.
ReplyDeletePure heaven of loveliness.
Olá Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteVocê enche meus olhos com fotos maravilhosas. O verão na ilha é fantástico. Como gostaria de ir a seu chá, quem sabe um dia retorno.
Aproveite cada minuto.
Felicidades sempre.

Charming! Every photo. So very lovely. It makes me want to visit there.

It's sad that front porches are rare to find these days on new homes because people have taken to sitting on decks in the backyard instead.
ReplyDeleteI would love to have a front porch to enjoy the goings on that happen on the street and sidewalk.
They are all so pretty!
