Hello everyone,
While the weather is remaining cool here
the garden is progressing and the grass
is lush and green withe the trees
slowly leafing out.
Working in the garden is filling my
days.
The dainty Thalia narcissus.
I don't have as many tulips this year as
last year but they are still coming into
bloom.
White bleeding heart
It was just a short tour today but warmer
sunny days are headed our way so I will
enjoy a better photo shoot then.
Hope your week is going well!
Carolyn
Hang in there, warmer weather is surely on its way - ? We had such cold and rain for days on end, and it DID finally go away.
ReplyDeleteIn fact, it got quite warm and we had to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner. Boo. But I will take it as it was supposed to rain today and it was sunny all day.
Your spring garden is so cheerful.
Just beautiful. Love that red watering can with the contrast of yellow jonquils or is it daffodils?
ReplyDeleteThank you for the tour of your beautiful garden. I have not spent much time in mine lately but will do so as soon as I can.
ReplyDeleteOh white bleeding heart, I haven't seen it. Very beautiful! Love all the other spring flowers too.
ReplyDeleteHi Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteI can feel the energy bursting forth! Beautiful! Yes, I, like Marilyn, love that white bleeding heart. I might have to add one to my own garden this year. The tulips are slow to appear here and not as robust. I will have to plant all new in the fall. We are having fall-like weather this past week and 71mm of rain has fallen in the last day, so all is pretty soaked. I can hear the garden - "Slurp, slurp!" Lol Fingers crossed for that yellow thingy to show its face! Lol Hope your day is nice.
Hugs,
Linda at Beautiful Ideas

This was a lovely spring garden tour. Even the daffodils are still in flower. I always thought your climate was not so very different with ours, but according to the pictures there is a huge difference. I think despite that here is everything very early this year and on your side you are somewhat behind, there is a difference. Here the roses are almost at their top, far too early.
ReplyDeletePercious colours ...your garden is just spendid!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
