Hello everyone,
We enjoyed a beautiful afternoon at the beach yesterday and for once I left my camera at home and as always seems to happen I missed a perfect photo op. Oh well maybe next time!
Anyway, today just a few shots of some beauty that caught my eye around here a few days ago. I got the chair above at a yard sale for $5 and it is perfect for
the little boathouse conservatory.Did you notice the touches of aqua in the cracks?
Lots of phlox in the garden now-perfect for summer bouquets.
An ivy geranium in the aqua planter looks charming.
The flowers blooming on the boathouse veranda make me happy.
This sweet little lady (granddaughter Lila) also makes me happy as she helps with the watering and bouquet picking!
Hope you enjoy your day!
Carolyn

ReplyDeleteI need to go to those yard sales! I love the aqua touches. Your little Lila is getting so big and prettier every time I see her. Her little dress is really sweet. Enjoy your afternoon.
Blessings,
Sandi

ReplyDeleteYour flowers are so pretty and colorful. You have a sweet and pretty granddaughter. It looks like she will be taking after you in the garden.

Beautiful pink flowers and a wonderful old chair. Lila is getting so big now. I had a very similar dress when I was ten and it had a crinoline under it that itched terribly at the waist. I loved the dress but not the itching. The dress was polished cotton. It's nice to see a similar style today.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet :) Love your picture
