Hello everyone,
I hope you week is going well....can't believe it is almost gone. The lilacs are the main show in our garden right now but the early peonies have popped into bloom also-two of my favorite things! It won't be long until the garden will be full of perennials etc in bloom.
I took a few shots of these beautiful aqua vases with soft mauve and pink lilacs(not sure which variety they are but I love them). The beautiful vase on the left is a Fenton.- some of you may collect it or if you want to know more Fenton it check it out here http://www.fentonartglass.com/
I love this little hobnail vase-don't you?
The boathouse windowsill.
We have some home and garden tours this weekend so we have been busy getting everything in order here. Soon, I will take you on a little tour too and show you what's in bloom.
I am joining My Romantic Home for Show and Tell Friday.
Thank you for visiting,
Carolyn

ReplyDeleteAnd the colours match perfectly, thank you for sharing those eye-candies.

ReplyDeleteHello Carolyn
ReplyDeleteI just love the aqua-color of your boathhouse. Well I must say I would take this boathouse in any colour but there is no lake nearbye

In my point of view, lilac blooming time is so short that one must enjoy its fragrance and beauty as much as possible.
ReplyDeleteFortunately, other interessant blooms will follow for our great joy.
Gardens are such source of happiness, aren't they ?
How I envy people coming for a tour of your garden. Have a successful weekend.
Hélène
