Hello everyone,
The garden is changing daily and at this time of the year my favorite part of our garden is this little secluded nook we call Martha's Garden.
Martha is our cement statue that we bought several years ago from a local business J&S in Albany - She presides over the ostrich ferns and hostas etc. in this small garden.
I have some tea and cookies for us.
So help yourself-they are lemon crinkles and sugar cookies.Well, I hope you can sit for a spell and enjoy the tea and the birds that seem to love this little sheltered nook too.
I am joining Rose Chintz Cottage for Home Bernideen's Tea Time ~ Tea in the Garden and a A Delightsome Life for Home and Garden Thursday. today.
Thank you for visiting,
Carolyn

Your garden looks so perfect....and beautiful. Do you have as many bugs..& bees and mosquitoes as we do in Pa.? I've just begun barely to create our one outdoor room as I call it. I was so throughly bitten earlier I lost my desire to be outdoors. Sad.....but I'm coming around. We planted flowers today and brought home a fountain to enjoy. Hope your week is joyful. Maggie Ann
The garden looks like an inviting spot to sit. I also like the curve of the arbour and the little gate on it.

I absolutely LOVE this. . .what a beautiful spot for a spot of tea.
Lovely area of the garden you got there. It's very romantic. Have a wonderful weekend.
Martha's Garden looks amazing, Carolyn! Tea would be lovely in there among all the greenery. I haven't seen that teacup in a while and I haven't used mine in a while either. Thank you for saving a copy of your book for me. It was sweet of you to remember. I will be by sometime to pick it up. Not getting out much right now but hopefully, I will be on the go again soon. I'm so happy to have you join me at my HOME this week. Enjoy your day.
Blessings & hugs,
Sandi

Hello from Debby, Italy
Thank you Carolyn, I enjoyed my visit and cup of tea and biscuits. The surroundings are perfect. Shirley from N.Z.
Happy Morning, Carolyn!
I had meant to ask you what the vine is growing up the side of the barn, to the right of the window - is it a climbing pee gee hydrangea (also white blooming)?
I'd LOVE to be in your garden now, sipping tea and having one of your delish scones... Sigh.
Hugs,
Linda at Beautiful Ideas

What is that low to the ground plant with the dainty petite blue flowers visible at the bottom of the first two photos? It doesn't quite look like Forget-Me-Nots, but similar. I would love to know. Your blog is my garden inspiration. Thank you so much.
Annie
