Peach Crumble Pie



                                                             Hello everyone!

                         I hope you had a good weekend. We finally got some rain here-which made a lot of people happy. I enjoyed a lazy Sunday afternoon reading out on the veranda listening to the sound of gently falling rain.




                         It is peach season now -we don't have peach orchards here on the Island but I love to get the Ontario peaches this time of the year. There are so many good things to make with peaches.
                            One of my favorites is Creamy Peach Crumble Pie.
               So I made a couple of them one for us and one to give away.

    Yummy! I just returned from visiting my siblings and bought a large basket of the most gorgeous, large peaches from my sister and brother-in-law's farmer's market - I'll give this recipe a try and surprise Dearest!

    Hi Carolyn,
    Oh my, I do love peach pie! My Dad just brought over a bag of peaches from his neighbor to me. I think your recipe might just be the ticket and a great way to use up the peaches. I was going to bake a cobbler but I think peach pie sounds much better! Thank you for the recipe and your photos are beautiful!
    We had 106 heat this weekend. I would love some rain..

    I've had your AWESOME peach pie, Carolyn! It IS the best! I can almost smell the sweet scent of it baking in the oven. Sigh. If I close my eyes, I am transported to your cozy kitchen and can taste it now...Delightful post as always.
