Hello everyone,
I was lamenting that I didn't take as many peony photos as I usually do so I picked the last of my garden peonies for bouquets today. It seems with the hot dry weather they came and went faster this year.
I love this pitcher too.
I mixed a few roses into this bouquet.
The roses are doing well this summer.
I love these sun-kissed roses.
I am joining How Sweet the Sound for Pink Saturday.
Wishing you all a great weekend!
Carolyn

ReplyDeleteOh my word you are the queen of PINK, Carolyn!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you posted more peonies - they came and went too fast here, and it has been a pleasure to "experience" yours a bit later as well.
Breathtakingly beautiful and your roses and your pitcher and sweet birdhouse, all gorgeous!

Have a great weekend.
I love ALL your flowers in your enchanting garden, Carolyn. Peonies are most regal flowers and I think the pinks are truly fit for a Queen. Susan
ReplyDeleteHi Carolyn... this post is gorgeous but I have a question regarding the delphiniums in your previous post. I'm curious how you manage those marvelous delphiniums without any obvious signs of staking. I switched out my plants for 60 of the New Millennium series this year hoping that their stronger stems hold up better. Your "Shades of Blue" post is an absolute delight! Larry
ReplyDeleteCarolyn, your peonies are scrumptious and what a beautiful bouquet they make! Pity they don't last longer. Have a lovely Pink weekend. Nice to hear the rain falling at last.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Sandi
Dear Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteI love your garden, the peonies are a jewel to the eyes, they're soft and dreamy; perfect for this early summer season. One of my fave is the hydrangeas. Love PINK, I am elated to see your Pink Saturday. Take care and best regards :o)

I love roses and peonies :-)
ReplyDeleteust drooling. So beautiful.
ReplyDeleteCarolyn... regarding your question at my site... You can go on line at
ReplyDeletewww.delphinium.co.nz/
and order seeds from New Zealand... I did that but had poor germination so I bought plants this spring. I feel delphiniums can sometime be hard to get going, but once they take off... wow! Larry
Just so lovely the roses with the pink peonies.
