Hello everyone,
I hope you are enjoying a lovely weekend. Here in Canada it is a long weekend as we are celebrating Canada Day .today.
Come and sit for a spell on the garden bench and smell the roses. The roses are Snow Pavement and they have a wonderful fragrance.
A basket full of peonies
The hydrangea in a planter.
The roses are more abundant this year then ever before-must be the weather.
I hope you have some time to stop and smell the roses and to all my Canadian friends Happy Canada Day!
Thank you for visiting,
Carolyn

ReplyDeleteYour photo's look enchanting Carolyn. When I look at your them I realise you must have had some good weather, as the roses are in bloom on PEI as well. It's a good year for roses in Holland too. Lucky us! The colours of the peonies are beautiful too.
ReplyDeleteHope you and your family are fine? I will try to send an email this week!

Happy Canada Day Carolyn. I have been outside most of today enjoying our yard and flowers. We have one of our twin granddaughters staying with us for a few weeks and she's been helping me garden.

Happy Canada day from Australia.
ReplyDeleteMerle.
We were out of power for a couple days - so I am late in widhing you a happy Canada Day.
ReplyDeleteYour garden bench is gorgeous. Mine is a casualty of the bag storm that broke most of my potted plants, tore my bench to pieces and kept us in a heated no powered house for a few days.
Ugh.
Lovely pics.
Happy Canada Day! This post is so lovely, as all your posts and pictures are....love'em.
ReplyDeleteHi Carolyn So nice to see your lovely garden especially at this time of year with the roses the stars of the show
ReplyDeleteI wish I had the time to smell YOUR roses, darling Carolyn!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to choose some varieties of roses for my garden-to-do. I have to pay attention: here is so hot that even the roses flowers are burned! Incredible...
Your bench corner is adorable!
