Hello everyone,
It was a perfect summer day here today and another one coming tomorrow. I have been enjoying taking some photos of the beauty all around me lately so I have lots to share with you.We don't have any garden tours for awhile so we can be a little more lack- a- daisy about it for a week or two-so now I will bombard you with more posts!
Oh! a peony slipped into my rose post-sadly the peonies are pretty much past now so I am happy to have the roses to enjoy now.
Tomorrow we are off to the beach with a couple of our grandsons-oh, the joys of summer!!!
I hope you have a lovely day too!
Carolyn

Hi Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteThey are all so so pretty! As is your photgraphy, It is always a pleasure to visit, and your kind words mean a lot to me:-)
This is the third year for the Eden roses, first year nothing much, last year was so wet, this year we have had very little heat (we have hit 80 once and lots of days we aren't making 70...) but they are thrilled!! I haven't done anything special. I bought mine because I loved Cindy's (My Romantic Home) hers in Northeren California look amazing...
Enjoy your sunshine!
Hugs,
Bella
Carolyn, what gorgeous blooms, and only your photography excellence makes them so beautiful for us! What a lovely pairing, like sister, so different yet so alike! Both beautiful in their own way!

So delicate and pretty! I love the peonies and roses. Funny but there are not a lot of roses growing in gardens here in Winnipeg, I wonder why. I was at Millie's house (Wreathmaker) on Monday and she has some lovely roses.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Cindy
You bring such beauty into the world, Carolyn. Thank you for the photos. It is so relaxing to come here, look at your photos and listen to the music ~

The pale pink rose is absolutely beautiful - such a wonderfully delicate colour. Have fun at the beach.
ReplyDeleteI love roses from the tiny bud to the open rose and then to the faded flower. There is beauty in all life stages of a rose.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful post Carolyne.
