Kitchen Red & White Touches

Hello everyone,
I have been adding some Christmas touches in our kitchen lately where the theme is red and white.
My red and white toile Father Christmas is a welcome addition every Christmas.
Christmas Blessings

My wooden angel hanging on the corner cupboard.
A new thrifty find.
I changed the china in here to plain white.

I know many of you have seen my red and white transferware collection before.
I moved this cupboard in from the porch a few weeks ago when I did a porch makeover. It holds my teacup collection. the old cupboard happily went to my oldest daughter's kitchen.

While you are here I hope you can join me for a cup of tea and a muffin!
                               &
Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends.

Thank you for visiting me today,

Carolyn

The wood angel is absolutely cute. And yes indeed, red adds a lot of cheerfulness in the life particularly when it is Christmas time.
Your kitchen seems to be an ideal place to cook some Christmas coockies. :o)

Have a nice day, dear Carolyn.

Dearest Carolyn,

Just back from a Thanksgiving lunch with friends. We all bring a dish and get together. We don't have a family here and so are several other elderly that are alone. A nice way to do and some young people share with us as well.
Love your red kitchen decorations. A toile Father Christmas even; you DO love your toile!

Enjoy your day and have a great weekend!

Everything looks lovely, Carolyn. Absolutely lovely. I think the Santa matches perfectly and is quite adorable. Wish you would leave the doors to the tea cup cupboard open so we can see the cups. (What nerve I have, right? ha ha)

Take care, Carolyn. I've had enough turkey and trimmings and now feel like sleeeeeeeeping. Susan

You have the artful touch kissed with romance. I always know I can get my fill when I stop by your blog. The cupboards with red transferware look christmassy and Santa looks great with his toile coat.
