Afternoon Tea

Hello everyone,

I am happy you could drop in for a cup of afternoon tea.

We better sit on the porch today because it is a little breezy in the garden.

Help yourself to a biscuit.

Couldn't resist a closeup of the baby's breath in the bouquet.

I love these little lilac double impatients.

My pretty teapot from a yardsale a few years ago.

I am so glad you could join me today.

A collage to end off my afternoon tea.

Today I am joining Sandi at Rose Chintz Cottage Inspirations for her Tea Time Tuesday-hope you have time to visit other lovely teatime participants there as well.

Thank you for visiting

&

Have a great day!

Carolyn

Mmmmm, everything was delicious, Carolyn. And lovely cups, too. I enjoyed the porch. You can invite me to tea anytime. Thanks. Susan P.S. So glad the biscuits didn't even have any calories. How awesome is that?

I knew visitng your pretty blog would lift my spirits. My 12 yr old pink Bourke's parakeet- Kitty died in my husband's hand yesterday. We think a heart attack.
So we are all a bit sad around here today. Thanks for the uplift and the lovely invitation to "tea" today. A cuppa is just what I need.

Your setting is wonderful today! The baby's breath of your is a much larger blossom than the kind I have here in Colorado. I'd love to know what variety yours is. Thanks for tea! ♥♫

That's a sweet little teapot you picked up Carolyn. I just pulled some scones out of the oven here and did it ever make the kitchen hot.

Hello sweet lady...

Ohhh Carolyn, how do you do it? You always have the most lovely teas, my friend! I always swoon as soon as I walk in your blog door! I just adore that lovely green teacup with the pretty pink roses! I was thinking how perfect it would be in my Tea Rose bedroom! Hehe! By the way, thank you so much for stopping in for a visit! It's always such a pleasure to have you come by and I enjoyed your sweet note!

I also visited your fabulous Monday mosaics! The lavender is divine! Sure wished we had a "scratch and sniff" option on our computer monitors! Hehe! Your flowers are equisite and your photos...breathtaking! Thank you for sharing them with us! Also, thank you for the lovely tea! I do believe that you set the most beautiful tea tables in all of blogland, my friend!!!

Warmest wishes,
