It was a lovely bright sunny cool day here so I was happy to be able to spend some time in the kitchen today. I bought some local cranberries and pumpkins so I made a pumpkin cranberry loaf. I got this recipe from an old Victoria magazine years ago.
I love the aroma of pumpkin and spices baking in the oven.
Now a cup of sugar plum spice tea would be just right with this loaf.
Hope you enjoyed a little taste of Autumn. If you can come back tomorrow we can have a fireside tea.
Thanks for visiting!
Take care,
Carolyn
