Just Peachy

It is still on the cool side here so it
will be awhile before we will be
having tea on the balcony with
green grass and flowers but I found
these photos in my file from last
year and I didn't get around to sharing
                                                                  them.
                                                                           An April Cornell tablecloth set
the stage for this afternoon tea.
                                                                             A pretty bouquet with peach
                                                                             daylillies.
Peachy teacups and an old transferware
                                                                            pitcher.
I know I am cheating a little to share
these summery tea photos when we
still have some old snow and some
mud but I am sure you don't want to
                                                                           see that!

I am joining Bernideen's Tea Time Blog
and Rose Chintz Cottage for their tea parties
                                                                           today.

So beautiful and romantic. I am loving orange myself these days. Just made a header from my garden flowers mostly of orange. It's such a happy color!

It looks beautiful and we can only dream of this for now as we wait for warmer weather to arrive. I like April Cornell's prints.

Hi Carolyn,
What beautiful pics! I can't believe you still have snow!! These last couple years have been crazy, we have had no snow and the mountains are at record low levels...
Hugs,
Bella

So eine herrlich erfrischende Farbe in apriko, liebe Carolyn! Nun habt ihr es bald überstanden und auch ihr dürft den Tee im Freien trinken! Alles Liebe von Susan

Your tea table is so bright and cheerful, Carolyn! I love the Skye McGhie china. A beautiful bouquet too. So, what do you think of our snow today? Do you consider it farmer's fertilizer too? Your photos are a lovely reminder of what we're going to enjoy in a few weeks time. Thanks for sharing and joining me for tea.

Blessings,
Sandi

I hope the weather on your island will change soon Carolyn! It's a bit chilly in Rotterdam as well for the time of the year, but we have enough sunshine and rain to make the flowers grow quickly.

Lovely photo's of your tea on the balcony. Please don't worry about the cheating. The photo's are a joy to look at, last years of this year! I think we all do it too.
