Antique Transferware Tea Time

On this cold January day it is I am
enjoying staying indoors with a cup
of hot white chocolate for my afternoon
                                                                  tea break.
The antique teapot above is another one
of my treasures from an antique mall in
Wells Maine. It is very old and does have
some fine cracks in it but I love it anyway.

A sweet treat of white hot
                                                                      chocolate.
Did I already brag that a booth at
the antique mall had just marked
everything 75% off and the prices were
                                                                reasonable before the markdown.I was
like a child in a toy store as I happily
filled the cart! Yep! I am greedy but
I will share them with you!

I love to have a bouquet or two of flowers
in the house for a little garden cheer.

In case you wanted to know ......the teapot
                                                                 manufactures.

These cookies were a gift to me....sweet!
                                                                      My January bouquet

Well, I am off for my walk but on this cold but sunny day it will
be indoors at the gym. then off to visit my sweet Mama.

I am joining Rose Chintz Cottage  for Tea Time Tuesday
and Bernideen's Tea Time Blog for Tea with Friends.

Thank you for visiting and welcome to my new
followers......I am honored to have just crossed the
                                                              4000 mark!

                                                                                        Take care,
                                                                                              Carolyn

My, what a beautiful find - and to discover it was a good DEAL makes it even more special. It is perfect.

Love those cookies, your beautiful bouquet and that nifty "sweater" cup!

You didn't eat those cookies, you just went to the gym, right? No wonder I am fat, haha. You had it all backwards!

Hugs and munchin' - M.

That is a lovely teapot! The whole vignette makes for a beautiful little break. I'd almost hate to eat the cookies though!

I must get some fresh flowers soon but it's too cold this week to bring them out from the store. Beautiful teapot! You sure got a good deal at the antique mall.

What a darling teapot, Carolyn, and the cup too is sweet. It looks cute sitting on the saucer with the stones in it. I very seldom use my rhinestone set. You know, there is something very cozy and charming about a well loved teapot or teacup for that matter. And someone sure knows how to bake adorable cookies! They are almost too beautiful to eat. Thanks for joining me for Tea Time and keep warm.

Blessings,
Sandi

Love everything! Wondering who the manufacturer is of your darling "cable knit" cup/saucer? I'm also smitten with your mitten cookies and embroidered sheep in star ornament, too!
