Hammock Days

                                                            Hello everyone,
With summer moving right along and a break from our busy days I am looking
forward to some relaxation. What better way to relax then spending some time
is a hammock enjoying the beauty of the surroundings and a good book.

The fairy rose is one of my favorite roses. The flowers are small but very                                         abundant right into October.
                                                Enjoying some raspberry iced tea.

Noah and Lila weren't long in clearing off the hammock and filling the air with the sounds of             laughter- reading a book was a little too sedate for them!

I plan to enjoy these last weeks of summer and hope to enjoy more days in the hammock but also family fun time.

Hope you have a lovely weekend!
Carolyn

Hey, Carolyn!
Did you fall outta the hammock when Noah and Lila stormed it?! Haha What a GORGEOUS family you have!
The fairy roses are my absolute fave as well. You know it! We have many of the same books, too! No surprise there. lol
I am finding myself to be a little sad that summer is winding down. It is so fleeting and this year, the weather has been perfect here! Sigh. Where does the time fly?!
Our little garden was nominated for our city's garden awards this year and the judges are coming next week!!! Yikes! Can I send you a plane ticket?! Help me, please!!!! lol
Love,

After the horrible day I've had I only wish I could transport myself to your backyard, Carolyn. Enjoy every moment of summer you can! And as always, thank you for sharing such beauty.

Your hammock look so inviting and relaxing. I wouldn't mind spending the whole Sunday afternoon lying there simply doing nothing.
Everything look so beautiful as always.

Enjoy the rest of summer

What a tempting scene! I am going to have to put out our hammock before the grandchildren arrive - thanks for the reminder!

Dear Carolyn,

Just enjoyed your last two posts. You excelled yourself. Loved the photo's of your Downton Abbey tea. The ladies look so very pretty! You situated your tables beautifully....and all that lovely china and silver! So very chique. Would have loved to be part of it. Why is PEI so far away from Holland :-)

Have a wonderful Sunday! Please give my love to your mum as well!
