Summer Time Mosaics

                                                                 Hello everyone,
I hope you had a lovely weekend. We are having lots of hot sunny summer days here on the Island-perfect beach weather and lovely warm nights for sleeping in our little 'boathouse' (above)!

I had a fun day at the beach with Noah and Lila.
                                         More lounging around the boathouse.
                                                       Beauty in the garden

                                                             Our garden roses
                                                            soft and serene
                                             Touches of aqua

I am joining The Little Red House for Mosaic Monday today.

It is going to be 30 C today so I am off to the beach again to enjoy the cooler ocean                               breezes.

On a different note ~  I have been asked by my friend Linda from Newfoundland to                                share this link and info with you. Linda is a cancer survivor and has started the very successful Pink Days campaign which is growing bigger every year.Congratulations,Linda on a job well done!!!

TURN THE WHEELS ON JIM LANDRY'S BICYCLE PINK WITH DONATIONS FOR BREAST CANCER RESEARCH! Jim is Executive Director of Landscape NB.  OnJuly 18-19, Jim will bicycle across Prince Edward Island, bringing Pink Days In Bloom, a gardening FUNdRaiser in support of CBCF-Atlantic Region held primarily at garden centres, across the verdant "Island of Anne," raising awareness and monies for leading-edge breast cancer research, programs and equipment here at home in the Atlantic Provinces. Jim's hope is to raise "the equivalent of 25,000 Mexican Pesos"($2,000)! Let's help Jim do it! Let's turn those tires on Jim's bicycle pink with donations!

I love all your beautiful pictures. The kids look so cute, they remind me of our grandchildren when they were small. Time goes by too fast.

Exactly what we waited all winter for. The kids must love it at the beach.
I've had a conversation with Linda recently and she is a lovely lady, the Pink Tree campaign is a great idea.

Dear Carolyn,

We are having the same sort of weather. It's going to be a warm week in Holland too. It must be fun going to the seaside with your grandchildren. Your photo's of them look so happy.

Wishing you a beautiful week. Enjoy the sun!

Absolutely gorgeous photos! That white coffee pot and cups are out of a beautiful dream. I have been looking at ebay to see if I get lucky someday and a set all white like that! Thank you for the breast cancer link. It's a worthy cause. Wishing you a marvelous week!!

Ohhh, Carolyn!!!
All is so lovely! I can feel the heat! It was 33 Celsius here today in St. John's, NL! We broke a record! This would be a beautiful night to sleep on the deck. The air is so warm tonight.
Thank you for sharing about Jim Landry's (Exec Dir, Landscape NB) bicycling across PEI on July 17-19, bringing "Pink Days In Bloom" to your island raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research! I'm hoping you will see him along his route somewhere, Carolyn! If you do, pleeease snap a pic for me! lol That would be so FUN! :-))))

Aqua is definitely growing on me.
Love the quote in the last photo. For some reason I don't believe you lounge around much with all the garden and surrounding delights and photos - they do take time.
