Happy Autumn

                                                        Happy Autumn!
Although it often seems like Autumn here by early September when the children go back to school it is not officially autumn for a few more hours. So,today I am sharing a few photos that I took that make me think of Fall/Autumn.
The photo above was taken early on morning this week near our home.
This was also taken near our home but as the sun was setting.

A restaurant in Charlottetown has this pretty terrace.

Sunflowers too, make me think of Autumn.

                                                A street in downtown Charlottetown.

The shots above and below are from last fall.

                                                          An Autumn tea.

This collage was taken a few years ago in our autumn garden.
I notice that some of the trees are starting to take on their autumn colors so it won't be long until be are ablaze with color.
Tomorrow is our 70 mile yard sale here -loads and loads of yard sales all up and down the eastern part of the Island, rain or shine. You just never know what treasures you will find unless you go and check it out!

Hope you have a great weekend,

Carolyn

You've captured Fall brilliantly in this photos, Carolyn! Enjoy the yard sale. I found out too late to go to the miles long yard sale they have through several states went through ours.

What lovely photos you give all of us. I practically have to wear a drool bib to visit your blog!
You know this, but I'll say it anyway -- your grandchildren are adorable!
I'm thinking of you at the Yard Sale today and wondering if it is raining. (It is here, down the coast from you.)
Looking forward to seeing your finds.
Happy Autumn!

Beautiful photographs Carolyn. In Holland the trees are still green, but it's slowly getting cooler. It won't be long before autumn sets in.

Happy weekend!

Oh my dear, you live in the prettiest place. The space, the horses, the town character, your view. Incredible peace you must feel. I'd love to walk around your neighborhood.

Warm regards,

Carolyn,

Thanks for letting me know the names of your flowers there. Glad to know that after a few years I can seperate these babies and start new ones.

Love the Jersey cows.. and their milk is the best to make fresh butter with!!!

Oh my, now I'm wishing for home again.
