Garden Design

Hello everyone,
It is a cold windy day here so it is a good day for me to enjoy looking through my garden pictures from past years to see what changes I would like to make to the design of the garden. There are always changes that need to be made to improve color combo's or adding little bits onto the beds etc.
So in the process I picked out some of my favorite summer collages just in case you too are in the mood for some garden color.

With January quickly coming to a close it won't be long until I am seriously longing to get back in the garden but for now I will be content to just know that garden season is coming soon!

I am joining The Rose Garden in Malevik today for Show off Saturday.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Carolyn

Your garden is so beautiful. I so wish I had more sun so I could get more blooms out of what I've got. The picture with the daffodils and other early spring blooms, is that an area that just goes dormant, or do you over plant it with something for summer? I never know what to do with those areas.

I am so ready for some garden color. Your garden photos are lovely. What program do you use for your collages?

Your gardens are just so beautiful, Carolyn! I can't imagine how you can improve on what I'm seeing! We finally got some sun today, and even though it is very windy and cold, it is wonderful to see.

Your beautiful garden photos lifted my spirit so much! It has been cold and raining here in Oregon, and I'm longing for sunshine so I can work in my garden again. My daughter, Sandy, told me about your blog...she knew I would love it.

Oh, how I would LOVE to walk through your garden with you. These pictures were captivating and so beautiful.

My husband usually complains when music comes on and I started turning it down. He said, turn that up. Nice! Think I'll stroll back through.

I always love seeing your beautiful garden in bloom no matter the season Carolyn. I wish I could raise beautiful delphiniums like you can there. I lose so many every winter and have to keep starting over by adding more every year.
I just love getting inspiration from you!

Excuse me a moment while I dry my keyboard from all the drooling I've been doing while looking at your photos, Carolyn! hehehe! Do you design gardens for a living?? If you don't....you should! Speaking of which...I'd love to hear any ideas you may have for my back yard. Would you be willing to look at some photos and make suggestions?? ♥

Now there's a glorious full-time job right there! I wish I could hire someone to come in and help design my garden. I have high aspirations but somehow once everything comes into bloom I feel disappointed. Maybe if I peruse your photos a bit they will give me some inspiration : )

I can hardly wait to plant seeds!
