Romantic Rose Garden

Hello everyone,
I want to share some photos with you of our romantic little rose garden .This little garden is at the south end of our little garden cottage so the fragrance fills the little cottage as well as this part of the garden. Most of the roses in here are Therese Bugnet and they form a square border around this little garden. The arbor has a Jackmani Clematis on it but it is not in bloom yet.
The angel statue that I got for Mother's Day has found a home in here.
Behind the angel is a Beautybush that is out in full bloom now along with several roses.
A wider view takes in some of the Walker's Low Nepeta and a spirea.

I think this white iron urn filled mainly with Bacopa adds a touch of romance.
Now,we can take a peek through the screen into the cottage.

Well, now you have seen another part of the garden in full bloom so next week we will do a tour of a different area.

I am joining My Romantic Home for Show and Tell Friday.

I hope you all have a lovely weekend!

Carolyn

Carolyn,
What a lovely spot! I can just imagine sitting in your garden cottage as the fragrance of roses wafts through.
I think I'd spend a lot of nights out there!

GORGEOUS!! I like the last pic (right before the collage) the best! Where did you find that arbor with the built in benches? Your garden is just amazing!

The rose garden looks a perfect spot to spend a summer afternoon and the interior of the cottage looks so inviting - if the heat gets too much then a rest on that canopied bed would be heaven.

I don't leave a lot of remarks, but after looking at a lot of responses
on "Romantic Rose Garden". I actually do have a couple of questions for you if
you do not mind. Is it just me or do some of the responses
come across as if they are coming from brain dead folks?
:-P And, if you are writing at additional online sites,
I would like to keep up with you. Would you post a list of all of all
your public pages like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or
twitter feed?|
