I think your soft blue china is my favorite after the red of course.

Hi Carolyn.. Have not been here for a while and everything is looking as beautiful as ever... The blue and white plates are so splendid and your little girl has the most translucent blue eyes! If only they can capture that pretty shade of blue in the porcelain...

Dear Carolyn,

thank you so much for sharing so much from your beautiful home and garden!

I especially love the soft, inviting atmosphere of both your guest rooms. So close to my pale, Swedish taste!

I'm inspired to fashion our little gust room under the eaves in the palest of green and cream - like yours - and for a Swedish touch I would add a couple of pillows, and perhaps a ruffled bedskirt in the same shade of whispered, green gingham...

greetings from Sweden, Ingela

I have started a new blog to show my antiques, flea market finds, etc. Hope you will come along for the ride.

I have so enjoyed catching up with your blog the last few days. The lighting is exquisite in your cottage and your flowers...oh those gardens! It is such a treat to get to see such lovely blooms along with your china. Please share with us the names of your patterns...they are so sweet, especially those roses teacups!
