A Taste of Autumn

It was a lovely bright sunny cool day here so I was happy to be able to spend some time in the kitchen today. I bought some local cranberries and pumpkins so I made a pumpkin cranberry loaf. I got this recipe from an old Victoria magazine years ago.

I love the aroma of pumpkin and spices baking in the oven.

Now a cup of sugar plum spice tea would be just right with this loaf.

Hope you enjoyed a little taste of Autumn.

If you can come back tomorrow we can have a fireside tea.

Thanks for visiting!

Take care,

Carolyn

I am sitting here contemplating what I should have for breakfast and came across this cake.
a. I should scramble as fast as possible to my craft room to go through my Victoria mags or
b. head out the door for my daily walk
Hmmm, it sure looks good!
Take Care!
