Hello Friend...Ahhh...I'm singin' the blues right along with you, my friend!!! What a beautiful blue hydrangea...it's gorgeous and so pretty with those beautiful blue and white dishes!!! They certainly made for some fabulous photos and photo mosaics!!! Soooo sweet and sooo romantic!!! Thank you for sharing this lovely bloom and dishes with us today! You have a wonderful weekend too, my friend!Chari
Ooh, pretty! :-)
Wow, how beautiful the blue hydrangeas are, I like the lily too. I like the title "singing the blues", very fitting.Have a beautiful rest of the evening,Betsy
Carolyn, such a gorgeous shade of blue, It looks like you bought the tea pot to go with the hydrangea, or grew the hydrangea to go with the tea pot. You know the old saying which came first? The tea pot or the hydrangea. This is gorgeous as always.hugs ~lynne~
Sing On Carolyn! One won't have the blues for long with such pretty pics to look at.The blue is beautiful.I'm ALWAYS BLESSED at your blog.Carolyn, PLEZZZZ publish a Book or produce a CALENDAR. Blessings to you,d
Your photography and composition leave us all singing!
Do you dry some hydrangeas too? These are so pretty blue?
What gorgeous blues!!! The transferware is so pretty. The pictures here at your place are always such a delight to my eyes.I do deadhead the roses. I didn't get to them last year like I had previous years and it ended up being a good lesson to me because I always wondered if it made a difference and it truely did. Last year the second flush wasn't nearly as good as this years and in previous years. I guess I'll be doing it every summer.I do fertilize the roses. I also compost them almost every year. I use any bloom boost that I can get affordably. It's usually Rose Pride.Thank you for your sweet note. Oh yes, I would definitly be at your garden on a daily basis if I lived near you.Hugs,June
Beautiful!! Blue hydrangeas are my absolute favourite flowers :-)Kelly @ DesignTies
There is nothing prettier IMO than blue and white china! Hydrangeas may be a close second, however!
This is beautiful , all the phots are great !Love from the Netherlands , Rini
Your blue dishes are so pretty... I am a big fan of blue too! And all your flowers are a breath of fresh air! Here in the south, August heat has beaten back the blooms of all my flowers except the tall phlox and the Autumn Joy sedum. However, the weeds in my garden are doing great; I spent a couple of cooler days last week getting them under control.
What beautiful shades of blue...good photography!~Patti
Carolyn, you are just too much! I don't even like blue, but your blue flowers and tea set are beautiful. The teapot reminds me a an English lady wearing a hat on her head, tipping it slightly as she sips tea...I love it...may I ask the maker and pattern? I would love to find one like it...and start a blue collection!Mary
Great photographs! Great mosaic! Beautiful dishes and beautiful flowers! Thanks for sharing! All the best,Eileen
I always love blue hydrangeas. They keep coming up with new ones with different colors, but the old fashion blue are timeless. Your photos truly show it!
I happily watch you sing those blues! Beautiful blues.Brenda
That is the prettiest blue hydrangea I have ever seen and I am so glad that you had so much fun with it. Beautiful pictures.
Pretty, pretty, pretty!
Hi again, Carolyn. Thanks for letting me know about the teapot...I'll check ebay and just keep my eye open for it. I only have one other blue and white teapot, the Franciscan Blue Denmark, and would love for it to have company. Have a wonderful week!Mary
So beautiful! The blues just make my heart skip a beat!!!
