A Little Bit of Pink!

Maybe I should have called my post a bit of pink and a whole lot of white because we had another snowstorm last night with approx. 6 inches of snow and high winds. Schools are cancelled and a lot of work places (in a.m.) and my poor husband is out shovelling again. I am going to make a big pot of soup and some homemade bread-our favorite comfort food for a snowy day.
It is pretty out today so I hope to get out with my camera later. In the mean time I hope you enjoy a little bit of pink!
Take care,

Hi, Carolyn,
Everything is so pretty here, I can sense that you're looking forward to Spring. The way little Lila sleeps reminds me of how our eldest daughter used to sleep, exactly like that. I also love the photo of Noah, you captured the moment with that photo, which is what photography is about, I heard.

The chaise looks so would be lovely to sip tea from one of those china cups, and enjoy the sun.

That look on Noah's face is priceless :) Glad to hear that things are going well with their little family.

Your pinks are lovely! I have pink up as well.

Love the touches of pink. Your photos are wonderful - especially the one of Noah. So typical of the older sibling that 1st day - like, "I didn't know you were going to bring that baby home!!!!" Sally

Hi Carolyn,

Living in the south, I had so hoped for a miracle - a snow day. Down south if snow gently covers the ground it is enough to cancel schools, business, etc., and we all get to stay home for the day and enjoy an unexpected holiday of sorts. We haven't had one of these days in a while but I hope you are enjoying your snow day.
